IN LOVING MEMORY OF
RAY HOUCK WHO DID SO
MUCH FOR CHAPTER #7
IN LOVING MEMORY OF
DION ANDERSON, EAST BAY CHAPTER
MEMBER FOR 47 YEARS

The purpose of the East Bay Chapter #7 is to foster support, camaraderie, and understanding between law enforcement and the communities they serve.

East Bay Chapter #7 (in Northern California) was founded in 1936 as Oakland Chapter #7. The name was changed to indicate the geographical area rather than just one city.

Chapter #7 is part of District #2. District #2 is comprised of seven chapters located throughout Northern California with one chapter in Northern Nevada.
