Christine English Citizen of the Year!!

Ms.English was walking her dog on their regular morning stroll when she noticed a house engulfed in flames. A resident said his father was inside the house. Ms. English crawled on hands and knees, after telling her walking companion "Grandpa" he was too big to get "under the smoke," and found the burned and unconscious man. She dragged him out to safety, but unfortunately he did not survive the burns and smoke inhalation. Ms. English stated it was just "something she had to do, regardless of whether he might be dead already or not."
